Christmas Cookie Book Tag

Hey Guys!

It is Blogmas day 11 and I am yet to do a Christmas book tag! what is happening?! So today, I am rectifying that mistake with the Christmas Cookie Book Tag. Let’s do this!

Chocolate Chip: a classic book that you love or really enjoyed

The Picture Of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde

I love this book. I read it a few years ago and completely fell in love with it. one of the few classics that I truly enjoy. I am planning on rereading it very soon

Thin Mints: a fandom you really want to join or a hyped book you want to read

Aurora Rising by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

How have I not read this book yet?! I loved Illuminae and I have been itching to pick this one up since I first heard about it but haven’t had the chance yet. I need to get to it!

Shortbread: an author you can’t get enough of

Victoria Schwab

I mean, its Schwab. She is freaking incredible! every book of hers that I read makes me fall in love with her a little bit more.

Samoas/Caramel DeLites: An emotional rollercoaster

When We Collided by Emery Lord

It has been a while since I read this book, but I do remember how much it made me feel. It made me laugh it made me cry, it broke my heart then healed it only to shatter it again. I was happy, I was sad, I was angry and I was hopeful. All the feels where felt when reading this book

Oreos: a book whose cover was better than the story (or vice versa)

Ink by Alice Broadway

A beautiful cover for a fucking weird book that I nearly DNF’d

Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties: a book that wasn’t what you expected

One Of Us Is Lying by Karne McManus

This book wasn’t what I was expecting at all, in a good way. it took me by surprise and really drew me in

Snickerdoodles: a book you may never stop rereading/loving

Harry Potter by J K Rowling

Has anyone ever answered differently?

Soft Sugar Cookies: a book just as good as it sounds

A Darker Shade Of Magic by V E Schwab

It is amazing. It is exactly what it says that it will be and more. like grown-up harry potter but with swearing and stabbing

And there we have it. as always, I will not be tagging anyone specific but if you would like to give this tag a go, please consider yourself tagged! I hope that you have enjoyed today’s post and I will see you all again tomorrow
