Christmas Books That Need Adaptations

Hey Guys!

It is day 10 of Blogmas! Throughout this year I have been making a lot of posts about book to movie adaptations, or more specifically, books that, in my opinion, need movie or tv adaptations. So far I have done YA books, Middles grades, and just general books. well, today I thought that I would make a Christmas themed version. As you all know, I only read Christmas books in the run-up to Christmas. this means that I have read a lot of festive books and that means that I have read a lot of Christmas books that would make amazing films/TV shows. So, here are the Christmas books that I would love to see adapted.

Dash And Lily’s Book Of Dares by David Leviathan and Rachel Cohen

The Christmasaurus by Tom Fletcher

A Boy Called Christmas by Matt Haig

Actually, I would love to see the whole Christmas trilogy adapted. I’m thinking animated, Arthur Christmas style. Over the top and cheesy but incredibly heart-warming. A different film for each book or one super film, combining all three. Actually, this could even work as an animated tv show.

What Light by Jay Asher

My True Love Gave To Me by Various – TV show

Imagine a tv show where each episode is one of the stories from this anthology! Each week we get to meet a new couple and watch their relationship bloom.  I would die of the cuteness.

My New Crush Gave To Me by Shani Petroff

Girl Online by Zoe Sugg

A Court Of Frost And Starlight by Sarah J Maas

Snow In Love by Various

And there we have it. Also, a quick shout out to Let It Snow by John Green and co. I have wanted to see this adapted ever since I read it and it has actually happened! I can’t wait to watch it. what Christmas book would you love to see adapted? I hope that you have enjoyed today’s post and I will see you all again very soon
