June is well and truly over and that means that it is time for another monthly favourites post. June was a strange month for me. I worked a ton of extra hours but still managed to have more favourites then I have in a really long time. So, without further ado, here is everything that I loved in the month of June. Let’s do this!
Favourite TV Show
There have been two TV shows that I loved in June and they are actually kind of similar. The first is Good Omens which I binge watched in just two days! I absolutely loved it. so much so, that I read the book straight after finishing the show. If you haven’t seen it already then you really should. The other show that I have started watching is Lucifer. Again, it is a really brilliant show. I have already watched a season and a half of it and I have loved every episode so far. I honestly don’t know why it has taken me so long to watch it.
Favourite Nail Varnish
I have been loving really bright colour nail varnishes recently, which is very different for me. I usually stick to black, grey, neutral colours but I have been finding myself reaching for some really bright, typically summer, shades recently. I have even gone out and brought a load. But the one that I have been loving most is a Barry M, Gelly varnish in the shade Green Berry. It is a beautiful bright turquoise-y green colour and I love it. it is just beautiful!
This month I finally managed t get my hands on a Loki cosbaby figure and I couldn’t be happier! It is so damn cute! I managed to get the infinity War one where he is holding the Tesseract. These are all really hard to get a hold of in the Uk so I am incredibly happy to finally own one. now I just need to get every other Loki Cosbaby figures lol
I actually had a really good reading month in June. I loved every single book that I read. nothing was bellow a 4-star rating! But I think the best of the best was probably Cress by Marissa Meyer although Good Omens was a close second. Both of these books are absolutely incredible and I whizzed through them both. If you haven’t read them yet, you need to!
So I have started making bowties for my dog and I actually really like doing it. she always has a bowtie on her collar, has done for years, but they aren’t easy to get hold off and are around £5 each. So I decided to try making them and I like it. I can do whatever fabric I want. Customise them. and it is actually pretty relaxing. I have made her Harry Potter house ones, 101 Dalmatians ones, mickey mouse ones, I have just brought some marvel fabric. Basically, anything nerdy, I’m embracing!
And there we have it. that is everything that I loved in the month of June. What did you love last month? I hope that you have enjoyed todays post and I will see you all again very soon
