Book Haul

Hey Guys!

Over the last few months I have been really good about not buying many books. I mean, over the course of about 3 months I only brought about 5 books as opposed to my normal 50. And then it all went to crap and I brought a shit ton of books J. So today I thought that I would do a book haul and demonstrate to you my complete and utter lack of control. Let’s do this!

Ps I Still Love You by Jenny Han – Amazon (£2.10)

Norse Mythology by Neal Gaiman – Amazon (£2 for £7)

Girlhood by Cat Clarke – Amazon (2 for £7)

Far From The Tree by Robin Benway – Amazon (£2)

Lord Of Shadows by Cassandra Clare – Waterstones (BOGOHP)

Leah On The Offbeat by Becky Albertalli – Waterstones (BOGOHP)

The Knife Of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness – WHSmith (£3.99)

Under Rose Tinted Skies by Louise Gornall – WHSmith (£3.19)

A Court Of Frost And Starlight by Sarah J Maas – WHSmith (£5.75)

Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi – WHSmith (£5.75)

Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi – WHSmith (£5.75)

Restore Me by Tahereh Mafi – WHSmith (£3.99)

Always And Forever Lara Jean by Jenny Han – WHSmith (£5.24)

I decided that I might as well order the rest of both of these series in all in one go so that I have them ready to read. I loved the first instalment in both of these series and I cannot wait to continue with them both. Plus, they are all such beautiful books.

But Then I Came Back by Estelle Laure – The Works (£1)

The White Horse Of Zennor by Michael Morpurgo – The Works (£1)

Vampire Academy by – The Works (£1)

I do love me a clearance section. I managed to get a few really incredible books at such a brilliant price.

Charlie And The Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl – Kim’s Books (£2)

Going Solo by Roald Dahl – Kim’s Books (£2)

The Giraffe And The Pelly And Me by Roald Dahl – Kim’s Books (£2)

War Horse by Michael Morpurgo – Kim’s Books (£2)

I am slowly trying to collect and reread all of Roald Dahl’s books and also collect and read all of Michael Morpurgo’s books. I am getting all of them second hand or on clearance and I refuse to pay more than £3 for any copy. so far I have 5 Roald Dahl’s and 7 Morpurgo’s. I am slowly getting there.

And there we have it. Those are all of the books that I have brought recently. Well, there were a few others that I brought but I am not going to include them on here as I brought them from work during a staff discount event and i think that I would get fired if I told you what company and how much discount. But, I tell you the titles…

Cinder by Melissa Meyer

The Wren Hunt By Mary Watson

Tales Of The Peculiar by Ransom Riggs

Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson

The Creakers by Tom Fletcher

The Dark Prophecy by Rick Riordan

The Sword Of Summer by Rick Riordan

The Hammer Of Thor by Rick Riordan

Charmcaster by Sebatien De Castell

Obsidio by Amie Kauffman and Jay Kristoff

Vicious by V E Schwab

And that really is it. what books have your brought recently? Have you read any that I have hauled? I hope that you have enjoyed todays post and I will see you all again very soon.

    1. Thank you :D, i’m glad you liked it. I love searching for books. That is why I love Kim’s Books. It is this little independent book shop that has about 3 or 4 branches dotted around Sussex and 90% of its stock is second hand books. But what I love most is the store i go to most often is in a converted house, so it is all narrow staircases and just rooms and rooms full of books. I could (and do) spend hours in there 🙂 xx
